Our valued public sector client is looking for a meticulous administrator to assist with the delivery of an important government publication. If you have exceptional Microsoft Word skills, solid knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and a methodical approach to managing workflow, this could be the perfect temporary assignment for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Format and finalise publication documents in Microsoft Word then convert into PDF files
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines
- Work to tight deadlines to ensure publications are delivered to the highest standard.
- Full-time onsite, 5 days per week for a period of 5-6 weeks.
About you:
This is a great opportunity to apply your perfectionist streak to a meaningful body of work. Ideally you will have:
- Experience in communications, marketing, proofreading or reporting (desirable)
- Advanced Word skills – formatting, tables, pagination and styles
- Adobe Acrobat skills
- A keen eye for detail – nothing gets past you
- Ability to work methodically and follow instructions
- A proactive approach to meeting deadlines
