We have partnered with a major public sector regulator and are seeking a highly capable Team Administrator with proven experience to hit the ground running!
About the Role:
- Based in Wellington CBD (onsite 5 days)
- Temp assignment starting ASAP to end of April (could be longer)
- $40-$50p/hr depending on experience
In this role, you will be providing general administrative support to a team of Inspectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor team inbox and action or escalate
- Provide document management function for the team.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements
- Manage and track invoices, budgets, credit card reconciliations, and other finance administrative processes.
- Support induction processes, business continuity planning, and risk management.
About you:
You are an experienced Team Administrator who is highly organised and has ideally worked in highly regulated government environments.
