We’re working with a growing Managed Services Provider that partners with organisations to modernise their IT environments through cloud-first solutions. They’re looking for an experienced Level 3 MSP Engineer who can design solutions, lead migrations, and become a trusted technical advisor for Microsoft-focused customers.

This is a senior technical role where you’ll help organisations transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure into Microsoft Azure while delivering exceptional customer outcomes across cloud, infrastructure and cyber security.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead infrastructure and Microsoft 365 migration projects to Azure.
• Design and implement modern Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Provide Level 3 technical escalation support across diverse client environments.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), identity services and secure authentication.
• Deploy and review Microsoft Intune environments, endpoint policies and device management solutions.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 rollouts including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Configure Azure networking, virtual infrastructure and cloud services.
• Support virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Deliver networking solutions across Cisco Meraki and Aruba environments.
• Implement Microsoft security technologies including Defender, Sentinel and Essential Eight controls.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 MSP Engineer who has successfully delivered Microsoft cloud transformation projects within an MSP environment.

You’ll stand out if you can demonstrate experience with:

• Migrating customers from on-premises infrastructure into Microsoft Azure.
• Designing and administering Microsoft Entra ID, including identity, authentication and access management.
• Deploying and managing Microsoft Intune, including endpoint configuration, policy creation, compliance and device management.
• Delivering Microsoft 365 implementations and tenant migrations.
• Azure infrastructure including networking, virtual machines, storage and backup.
• Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid cloud environments.
• Networking across Cisco Meraki and Aruba technologies.
• Virtualisation using VMware or Hyper-V.
• PowerShell automation and Microsoft cloud administration.
• Working within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider.

• ConnectWise PSA
• Datto RMM
• VMware and/or Hyper-V
• Solution design within an MSP environment

Highly regarded experience includes:

• SharePoint Online
• Exchange Hybrid and Exchange Online migrations
• Microsoft Defender suite and Sentinel
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• Azure Virtual Desktop
• Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
• HaloPSA, Autotask or other MSP service management platforms
