ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a detail-focused role for someone who thrives on routine and precision. You’ll reconcile donations, update records, and respond to supporter queries with care and accuracy. If you enjoy ticking tasks off your list and find satisfaction in doing things right the first time, this is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Matching donations and updating records in Dynamics 365
- Responding to supporter emails, calls, and web enquiries
- Managing material requests and CRM updates
- Covering reception duties on a rostered basis
- Supporting additional office admin tasks with initiative

- Enjoys working with numbers and finds satisfaction in accuracy

- Is calm under pressure and brings order to systems
- Communicates clearly and professionally across phone, email, and in-person
What you’ll need:
- Strong admin and CRM experience (Dynamics 365 ideal)
- Numeracy skills and comfort with donation reconciliation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A values-aligned mindset and comfort in a faith-based culture
