About the Role
This opportunity enables you to lift capability across mission critical functions while owning the end-to-end training journey. You will directly influence how teams transition to new tools, workflows and service standards, contributing to safer operations and improved service outcomes. With a major go live scheduled next year, your work will be visible and central to programme success.
This is an initial 12‑month contract and we welcome applications from seasoned contractors as well as individuals seeking a 12‑month fixed‑term role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead training needs analysis across operational, engineering and field teams, gaining deep insight into how services are delivered
- Design modern learning experiences including microlearning, scenario based training, simulations and practical guides
- Deliver training to a large operational workforce, ensuring teams understand new systems, processes and service expectations
- Create scalable content within a light LMS authoring environment so learning remains reusable, trackable and sustainable
- Establish best practice frameworks for training, documentation and updates to support strong adoption beyond go live
- Collaborate closely with programme leaders, business analysts and operational managers, translating requirements into learning that works in real world environments
