Account Executive – Residential Construction Technology

The Role:
* Own new business and account development across major UK housebuilders and large residential developers.
* Build long-term partnerships with regional and national stakeholders, driving adoption of a proven, high-impact technology.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and enterprise-level closing.
* Work closely with delivery, product, and customer success teams to shape long-term account strategy and drive expansion.
* Represent the UK housebuilding market internally, feeding insight to influence product direction and GTM strategy.
The Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience selling into UK housebuilders, residential contractors, or relevant built-environment technology.
* A genuine hunter with a strong track record of winning and expanding B2B accounts.
* Able to navigate complex stakeholder groups across delivery, commercial, technical, and regional leadership teams.
* Strong communication, integrity, and consultative selling skills.
* Confident engaging senior executives and guiding customers through full enterprise agreements.
* Passionate about the role technology can play in improving build quality, programme certainty, and operational performance.
* Highly driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously within a fast-growing global business.
