Outbound Growth Manager (Sales & Outreach)

Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) – 5 days a week in the office

£24-28K + Commission

This is not a typical 9-5.

We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, relentlessly driven, and hungry to win.

Someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities – they create them.

We don’t need years and years of experience, we need attitude and drive… Ideal for someone that has worked in retention, sales and contact centres

About the Role

My client is a fast growing talent marketing agency. You’ll sit at the heart of our growth engine – owning outbound strategy, managing a high-output outreach team, and driving real revenue through the pipeline.

This is part sales leader, part closer-in-training, part growth operator.

You’ll:

  • Lead a team of outreach specialists
  • Drive high-volume outbound campaigns across social platforms
  • Turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities
  • Own KPIs, performance, and pipeline momentum
  • Get hands-on in discovery and proposal calls

Perform well, and you won’t stay in this role long – you’ll move into closing.

  • Commercially switched-on – you understand value, opportunity, and how to convert both
  • At least 6-12 months in a sales and growth capacity – cold reach out, but quick engagement – scouting talent that could be potential partners
  • Entrepreneurial – you think like an owner, not an employee
  • Driven by results – targets excite you, pressure sharpens you
  • Highly organised – you can manage people, data, and performance without dropping the ball
  • Confident communicator – whether it’s messaging prospects or leading calls
  • Resilient – rejection doesn’t slow you down, it fuels you

You might come from sales, recruitment, lead generation, or any high-performance environment – but mindset matters more than background.

  • A consistently full pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • High-performing outreach team hitting KPIs weekly
  • Strong show-up rates and progression through the funnel
  • Clear contribution to revenue growth
